I'm Aseem. I run The Scaling Space on my own.
Based in Vancouver, working with local businesses across the Lower Mainland — new, relaunching, and long established.
Where I started
I got my start at a digital agency in India, working as an intern. Over time that turned into a role as project coordinator, and eventually I was running a team of twelve people across design, development, and content.
That experience is where I learned how a project actually gets from a client's first message to something live and working: the coordination, the handoffs, the parts that go wrong if nobody owns them.
How I work now
The Scaling Space is me. I'm the person you message and the person who scopes, plans, and delivers your project. For pieces that need a specialist, I bring in contractors I've worked with directly, for video editing and development, rather than keeping a big team on staff whether I need it or not.
You get direct contact with the person doing the work, and the right specialist for anything outside my own hands. No account managers, no handoffs you didn't ask for.
How the work is set up
Some clients come for a single project — a launch, a shoot, a site. Others keep me on for content month to month. Either way the scope is agreed up front and priced before anything starts, and what I deliver is yours to keep.
